Advent is a time of waiting, wonder and preparation as we look forward to celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ at Christmas. Through both the quiet anticipation of Advent and the joy of Christmas, we are reminded of the wonderful truth that God comes close to us, bringing light into our darkness, hope into our uncertainty, and his love into our lives.
